Shipping policy

We strive to ship orders the same day or within 24 hours; occasionally they may take up to 48 hours to process. This does not include holidays, weekends, or times of high volume. Transit time for your package depends on the shipping method chosen. We will provide an estimate at checkout but it is only an estimate, not a guarantee.

While we may have packed your order, shippers do not pick up from our warehouse on the weekend.

Packages also do not ship on the following U.S. holidays:

New Year’s Day
President's Day
Memorial Day
4th of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving
Christmas

Customs & duty fees are not included at the time of checkout. Your government may require you to pay these fees upon delivery. Choosing not to pay these fees will result in your package being sent back to us in which any additional shipping charges will be removed from the store credit provided to you upon receipt of the returned package.
